     My name is Shelly Schwartz. I'm a Colorado Springs native and the owner and landlord of SLS Rental Properties.  All of my properties are in the UCCS neighborhood and cater to college students and young professionals!  I make it convenient to rent a room in a house with a group of friends or individuals looking to join others in a shared house.  

     

     You get the benefit of living in a house, at a minimal cost.  You will enjoy the extra living space with plenty of room to hang out, relax, or study.  You'll love having a yard with a patio to enjoy our beautiful Colorado sunshine!   I will take care of all the appliances, arrange for repairs and maintenance and take care of the yard.  As the owner and landlord, I am able to be very attentive to any needs that arise.  I would love to meet you and show you my available properties so you can settle into your new place to call home!
