FEATURED SLS RENTAL PROPERTIES:
Find a home
to call your own!
For the last 16 years I have been committed to providing comfortably furnished homes for students or young professionals just starting out. I have individual rooms for rent, or entire homes for rent. I look forward to meeting you and finding you your perfect place.
Forget dorm living,
and crowded apartments with neighbors everywhere you turn! My single family homes are located in the neighborhood right next to UCCS with furnished common areas and plenty of square footage to hang out by yourself or with your friends. The homes have yards with patios or decks so you can enjoy the outdoors! You will be within a 10 minute walk to UCCS, and close to shopping, restaurants,
and fitness trails!
